New Message from Gary!

Hey Penguins!

Today we received a New Message from Gary, replying the one that was sent yesterday by Jet Pack Guy. To take a look at it, click on your Spy Phone. Then click on the Message sections, the one with the telephone. It's the first message you'll see:

If you can't read it, it says:

"Check this week's newspaper for more info. It's a special edition - Scented with fish oil. Don't miss it"

Nice! I know it's not too much information, but at least I'm now excited to read the next newspaper! What do you think, penguins?

Also, as you may know, the new System Defender level is coming next Friday! Unfortunately, for members only. But, members, tell me, what do you think? Do you think it'll be really hard? Tell us what you think in a comment!

New Message from The Jet Pack Guy!

Lighthouse's Beacon Has Been Upgraded!

Hey guys!

Today I was with my penguin, and I decided to play Jet-Pack Adventure to get some coins. When I arrived to the Beacon, I realized it wasn't the same! It has been upgraded! Its graphics are now... Better, in a way to say it. It's not a big upgrade, but it looks cooler, right? Why don't you go and take a look? This is how it looks now:

New Penguin Style Catalog August 2011

Hey Penguins!

The New Penguin Style Catalog has arrived to the island! This catalog has a lot of exciting new outfits for you to choose and buy, all related to this month's party, the Snow Race!

Klutzy on the Newspaper!

Has anyone realized that Gary looks kinda nervous in the Newspaper? Don't you think there's something that Gary might try to hide us? Well, if you take a look at the newspaper, the article with Gary, you'll see Klutzy over there! Take a look:

New Club Penguin Newspaper Issue #302

Hi guys!

The New Newspaper has arrived to the island, full of news related to the Snow Race, coming at the end of this month. To take a look at it, go up the screen, and then to the left. You'll see the Newspaper icon and the sign: News! Click there.

The Main Article shows that Gary has announced the Great Snow Race Party, that will begin on August 25th! Gary seems pretty excited about the party, but also kinda nervous. Anyway, there are chances that Gary will come to the Snow Race party to play some extreme sports with us! If you haven't met him yet, this'll be now your chance!

The Second Article talks about the new Epic Extreme Sports Igloos that will be coming next Thursday to the island. We'll be soon able to build epic ramps in our Igloos! Teams will have to practice a lot from their own Igloosm, now that New Furniture will be out, so they can win the competition! On August 10th take a look at the New Better Igloos and the New Igloo Upgrades Catalog!

Quick Developer Update

Hello Penguins,

Thanks for everyone's feedback on the behind the scenes video. We're working on some new exciting stuff for you this month. Here's a few of the many things we've been working on:

New items at the Gift Shop - We're just finishing up the catalog. For those of you that asked, it should be out tomorrow. Get ready for some extreme sporting action. Here's a sneak peek:



More videos - Happy77 and the team are working on some more videos for you, like a music video and another Penguins Around The World slideshow. Let us know what other videos you'd like to see in the comments!

Bug squashing - In our last developer update, we told you we're working on a fix for the orange penguin that's appearing for some of you when you log in. This should be fixed tomorrow, too.

Top secret: for secret agents only - We're putting the finishing touches on a new System Defender level. I won't say too much about that quite yet, as the EPF likes to keep things kind of secret, and I don't want to spoil the surprise...
